Ranch-Hand Randall's Top 10 Albums of 2010

Howdy y'all...it's ol' Randall here at the Boneshaker Ranch just throwing my two cents in on this year's top albums. As has been the case the past couple years, as far as music lists go, ol' Randall here found himself uncomfortably stuck between them whip-smart hipster kids at pitchfork and the diesel and dust folks over at nodepression.com. Smack-dab between the two is my hi-fi at the Boneshaker Ranch, where I reckon I'll be for a few more years to come. Without further ado, here's my list ya' pokes...and remember to always buy vinyl at the indie shop, donate to your local library, and be kind to your neighbors-wear your headphones after 10!
In no particular order whatsoever:

Justin Townes Earle - Harlem River Blues
Phosphorescent - Here's To Taking It Easy
Titus Andronicus - The Monitor
Peter Wolf - Midnight Souvenirs
Black Keys - Brothers
Mavis Staples - You Are Not Alone
Preservation Hall Band - Preservation
Tallest Man On Earth - The Wild Hunt
Arcade Fire - The Suburbs
Drive By Truckers - The Big To-Do

and what the hell...

Sharon Jones & the Dap-Kings - I Learned The Hard Way

All the best in 2011...see you at the record store!!! Ol' Randall
