AUSTIN, TEXAS - The Annual RANCH Summit kicked off this year's festivities by attending the Iron & Wine + Calexico benefit show for Texas Midwives at the landmark Paramount Theatre in Austin. After a selection of his old and more recent work, Sam Beam was joined onstage by familiar cohorts, Calexico, for several songs, before together launching into the In The Reins EP. Despite early ticket complications, by the grace of the cyber-gods, the RANCH boys scored first row, stage right, seats and later met Beam, Joey Burns, John Convertino and the boys at the Driskill Hotel.
